Pangea is a collaboration between theatre artists Melissa Flower and Lisa Villegas, with art photographer Rashed Haq to interview 8 women immigrants in the Houston area. The interviews will be broadcast on a podcast that will lead up to a final installation/performance piece using Rashed’s photographic portraitures of the women, found objects, collected gestures and stories in order to investigate personal narrative, journey, change, loss, globalization, economics, and the real/imagined concepts of the present Pangea.
